Sankalpa: Stepping into the New Year with Intention
In this yoga workshop with Eliza, we will flow, meditate, and journal upon how we want to show up in the New Year. Through a guided meditation, we will tap into our truest selves and set a Sankalpa, intention, that is in line with our purpose or dharma. Through journaling, we will then bring intention into action and integrate this into our daily lives. This workshop will end with a gentle flow to seal our Sankalpa into our bodies, ready to step into the New Year.
